On 25 March 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono arrived at the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam to begin their "Honeymoon happening". The pair were to stay in bed for a week, all in an effort to bring about world peace. ITN's Peter Sissons was on the scene to ask John and Yoko about the philosophy behind their unusual honeymoon, and to ask John whether the Beatles were still together. "Sure, sure, sure... we're closer now, you know."

The Beatles have today released their "last song". John Lennon wrote and recorded a demo of Now and Then between 1978 and 1979, with Lennon's former bandmates contributing to the track over a period of four decades. The last touches have been added to the track by Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, with AI technology being used to restore Lennon's vocals.
