I am finally getting all of Ernest's reel to reel film put on DVD. Here is a preview of what's to come. By the end I will have roughly 25 minutes worth of material from Baker, Ekalaka, Dickinson, Glendive, and the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. All of the greats...77 Sunset Strip, Paleface, War Paint, Gray Wolf, Indian Sign, Timberline, Black Diamond and many more.

This clip is at Baker, MT in 1959...it features the tail end of Homesteader bucking someone off, Jd Ferguson getting dumped by Ekalaka, Russ Taylor getting hung up and kicked off by General Custer, and Ernest said the final ride on the video is a young Larry Kane in his first Pro Rodeo on Tragedy, and he was the only cowboy to ride that day. Custer is related to many of the great broncs you see today.

The finished product will have some music behind it....Marty Robbins 'Starwberry Roan', gotta have some Chris LeDoux, Garth Brooks 'Rodeo', and I will find some others. Enjoy!
