In the afternoon of August 7 1955, Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore, and Bill Black
performed in Houston at the Magnolia Gardens
located at 12044 Beach Street, Houston, Texas.
Also an evening show at Cook's Hoedown.
This was a significant date as it marked one of the first times
of Elvis performances were captured on film,
with home movies shot at Magnolia Garden.
