WFW/DFD is a film made by a band on tour, but not about a band on tour.
It's about what it takes to pursue, with integrity, a life in the arts.
It's about the ups and downs and lefts and rights of an artistic career.
It's about the triumphs and the tragedies and the love.
Mostly the love.
The love that it takes to keep doing what you love. No matter what.

WFW/DFD was shot by Harmit Singh across Jul/Aug/Sep 2013, as Thermal And A Quarter (TAAQ) played 60 gigs across the UK and Ireland, with a 26-night run at the Edinburgh Fringe (where the band went on to win the 'Pick of the Fringe' AND the 'Spirit of the Fringe' Awards). Shot in Black & White simply to document the tour and the madness around it, there was initially NO intent to make such a film from the footage; but as the band reviewed the Terabytes of content when back home, it was clear that there was much more than just a 'band on tour' film here. With a script initially written by drummer Rajeev and refined (and eventually narrated) by Bruce, WFW/DFD was edited by Siddharth Gautam and premiered during a TAAQ show.
