Today I will be teaching you how to play Have You Ever Seen The Rain? by Creedence Clearwater Revival on the acoustic guitar.

Have You Ever Seen The Rain? Is a classic song and is indeed fun to play on the guitar, so I hope you will enjoying learning it today.

The song is in the key of C Major.

And your guitar tuning is in E Standard.

No capo will be required.

This tutorial is mainly based on how John Fogerty was playing it on The Howard Stern Show with some of my own style added in for added measure as mentioned in the video.

I would say this is an early intermediate level song on the guitar, but if you would like to make the strings easier to press down by using a capo then that would be perfectly acceptable, but your guitar pitch will of course be different with a capo on, but the same chords can still be matched up even with a capo.
