In Summer 2000 one of the first public events took place in post-war Sarajevo, Futura, Festival of Electronic Music. Some of the world's most famous DJs, incl. the organizers of the Berlin Love Parade, performed in a bombed and burnt out factory.
Thousand of young people, back then drug-free, danced until the sun went up and the police ordered the electricity to be shot off.
