Elvis Presley performed his final concert at Las Vegas Hilton Hotel on December 12, 1976, where eight years earlier he had returned the stage in his unforgettable 1969 comeback concert.

Wearing his 1974 Arabian jumpsuit paired with his V-Neck suit belt for the midnight show, Elvis delivered a phenomenal ninety-minute spectacle full of emotional moments.

Arthur Conner, an executive with the American Heart Association, was in the showroom and met with the King backstage.

Elvis gave Arthur multiple personal treasures including a stage suit, two diamond rings, and his own sunglasses to help the American Heart Association.

These amazing pieces of Elvis history were auctioned at an American Heart Association event later the same month raising a total of $11,500, the equivalent of $65,408 in 2025.
