"American Doughnut Collection" was a series of single-sided 7" records produced in Japan in 1988 for promotion of Old Forester / Early Times Bourbon Whiskey by Suntory Whisky Co.. Six records in this series are known today, and this is one of them. "Have You Ever Seen The Rain?" was originally released by Creedence Clearwater Revival in 1970 as part of the album "Pendulum".
