In today's episode i implemented 3 new things and remade a couple things. First things first i modelled a new sword/weapon for the game and added all sort of different visual effects and particle systems. I also set up the logic for the sword so the player can use it to attack enemies. All animations and sounds have also been setup. I also added a shooting projectile ability where the player can shoot a magic projectile. I made an awesome visual projectile with cool effects and particle systems. the projectile has been set up to shoot towards the cross-hair with the use of raycasts. This took longer than expected but it all works fine. I also had to make it so that the player would animate towards where you are facing . So i made a simple function that rotates the player whenever you are attacking. That pretty much all i did apart from some bug fixes and general cleaning up of the project.
