Mystery Train was written and recorded by Junior Parker in 1953 on the Sun label. 2 years later, Elvis recorded the same song for the same label. It was released in August of 1955 as the 'B' side of 'I Forgot To Remember To Forget'. After RCA bought out his contract, they re-released it in December of that year.
