As Billboard and Record World were then listing both sides of a 45 single release together at the same weekly chart position rather than reflecting each side’s individual performance, the “Run Through The Jungle” flip was listed right along with “Up Around The Bend” in both periodicals. But peaking down at only #48 in Cash Box, that track--individually--does not quality to be labeled as a #2 record for purposes of this posting project.
